P. Srikar Reddy
Managing Director & Chief Executive Officer
Srikar is the Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer, Member of the Board of Directors of Sonata Software Limited. A graduate from the Regional Engineering College (NIT, Trichy), and a Post Graduate in Management from IIM Calcutta.
Srikar has been with Sonata since 1986 and is pivotal in building Sonata as a trusted and reliable IT Solutions company. Srikar’s philosophy of driving business growth through a single-minded focus on customer and investment in people and technology, has made Sonata one of the fastest growing IT solutions company with a unique and differentiated strategy and value proposition.
In the last 6 years, between 2012 to 2018, since Srikar became the CEO of the company Sonata has seen its revenues, profits multiply many times and a market capitalization growing over 20 times, enabling the Financial and Industry analyst groups recognizing his focus to conceptualize and execute a unique growth strategy based on IP. This has helped Sonata to be a member of the group of unique Global growth companies at the World Economic Forum (WEF).
Srikar has set Sonata on a new growth path with a unique proprietary approach to creating digital businesses called “Platformation “
Srikar is actively involved with NASSCOM and CII, and was the Chairman of the Regional NASSCOM Council. He has been the Speaker at WEF and NASSCOM events. Srikar was conferred with the distinguished Alumni award by NITT, for his contribution to Industry/Corporate.
Sonata’s growth over past 6 years is now widely recognized and Srikar has been featured recently in the list of India’s 10 most valuable CEO’s in the large enterprise category (2500 crore to 7500 crore) by ‘Business World,’ (Issue dated 18th June 2018). He has also been featured by Business Today (September 2017) as leading one of India’s fastest growing emerging (revenue between 500 to 2500 Cr) companies.
Chief Delivery Officer
PVSN Raju is the Chief Delivery Officer for Sonata. Formerly, he headed the Core Research Group at Sonata wherein he was responsible for new technology-based research activities. He also led one of the Consulting Services Delivery groups. Raju’s earlier assignments included software development, IT consulting, technical services, software-architecting, and project management. Raju was MSDN Regional Director for three years, and has been actively involved with evangelizing technologies in Software Developer Technology Forums. Raju holds a postgraduate degree in Industrial Engineering from NITIE, Mumbai. He has also been certified as a Project Management Professional (PMP) by the Project Management Institute, USA.
Chief Operating Officer
Vikas Gurugunti is the Chief Operating Officer with worldwide responsibility for Sonata’s international IT services business.
Prior to joining Sonata, he was the Vice President and General Manager at DXC Technology heading its Consumer and Retail Industry groups where he had the responsibility of P&L management, go-to-market strategy, strategic business development, client relationships, and account operations. He has previously also held leadership positions in Wipro, IBM, and MphasiS. He has general management skills including strategy development, go-to-market activity and profit & loss management expertise built over his 27+ years of experience in the IT industry. Vikas has also led entrepreneurial ventures in Bluetooth technologies and in building analytics platforms.
Vikas holds an MBA from IIM, Ahmedabad and has a Bachelor’s degree from the Indian Institute of Technology, Madras. He also attended Executive Development programs at The Wharton School and Kellogg School of Management.
Laura Pfohl is the founder of Sopris Systems and was one of the original pioneers to work with AX in the US, a decade before Microsoft acquired the platform from Damgaard. She is highly regarded throughout the world for her deep architectural knowledge of the platform and her ability to minimize custom development on some of the largest, most complex global deployments. After selling her first technology company, Ideas+, she worked consulting with large US and European partners on how to start and build best-in-class AX practices, including founding and managing practices for VSS and ePartners. She began her career in the healthcare industry after attending Adelphi University, where she earned a Bachelor of Arts in Management & Finance as well as a Master of Business Administration in Hospital and Health Administration.
Executive Vice President
Matthew Pfohl is a serial entrepreneur with more than 20 years experience founding and managing companies ranging from adventure travel to technology. He began his career in sales and marketing in Europe and has held several top executive positions in major companies in the US. Matthew was instrumental in introducing an industry-first approach to the Microsoft channel, a hallmark of Sopris Systems’ focus on the services sector. As EVP at Sopris, Matthew focuses on working with clients to establish business cases and strategies that improve performance. Prior to Sopris Systems, he spent several years helping develop ERP practices for companies including American Express and ePartners. Matthew earned a Bachelor in Political Science at Rollins College and continues to work as a strategic advisor for a variety of companies worldwide.
Vice President, Service Delivery and ERP
Rod Cleary has 24 years of experience in information technology with a focus on leading project management and software development teams for Fortune 500 companies. He has spent much of his career at large insurance and financial companies including Liberty Mutual, Sallie Mae and the Federal Home Loan Bank of Indianapolis. Rod graduated from Indiana University with a Bachelor in Computer Information Systems and obtained his Master’s Certificate in project management from George Washington University. He is also certified as a project manager (PMP) and in Governance of Enterprise IT as well as a Six Sigma Black Belt.
Bryce is responsible for driving process excellence as director of the project management office at Sopris. Prior to joining Sopris, Bryce held positions with leaders in the Microsoft Dynamics ecosystem like Microsoft and Avanade. With 18 years of proven experience in strategic leadership, business analysis, budgeting and management of large, enterprise technology projects, his expertise is a great benefit to Sopris clients and delivery teams. Bryce holds an MBA in Business Finance and Economics from Seattle Pacific University and a BA in Psychology from Roanoke College.
Director, Managed Services
Andrew Scheid has been helping clients take advantage of cloud technologies, including the design, development and implementation of IT services and infrastructure for nearly a decade. With a BA in Computer Applications and BS in Business Administration from the University of Notre Dame – Mendoza College of Business and an MBA from Regis University, he is adept at communicating technical information in business terms. Prior to joining Sopris, Andrew worked with some of the largest companies in the Microsoft Dynamics space, including RSM, CCH and Junction Solutions. Andrew currently resides in Colorado.
Director, Information Technology
With more than 20 years of experience in the IT industry, including 10+ focusing on Microsoft Dynamics, Ford Wilkinson offers in-depth expertise in the architecture, deployment and integration of Dynamics solutions. His experience includes designing and building more than 100 Dynamics AX environments. Ford’s skill-set encompasses a wide range of Microsoft technologies—including Office 365, Azure, Windows, SQL, Hyper-V, SharePoint, Remote Desktop, System Center, Active Directory and Exchange. He is also certified by Microsoft as an IT Professional, Enterprise Windows Desktop Administrator, Solutions Associate, and Technology Specialist. Ford earned his Bachelor’s in Psychology from Rollins College in Florida.
